Betül Solmaz

Betül Solmaz is the Sales & Marketing Director and Quality Management Director at Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions EMEA, where she has spent over a decade leading regional strategy, quality systems, and cross-functional operations. She also oversees the development and support of the distributor network across the EMEA region, ensuring consistent growth, alignment, and technical excellence.

With an academic background in Business Management and ongoing studies in Sociology, Betül combines strong technical domain knowledge with a deep understanding of organizational and human dynamics. She has extensive experience in ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 audits, calibration operations, and contamination-control practices across regulated industries.

Beyond her regional responsibilities, Betül contributes actively to the international cleanroom community. She currently serves as the Chair of the ICCCS Young Professionals Committee, supporting global collaboration and professional development initiatives for the next generation of contamination-control specialists.
