The impactor base is compact, making it well-suited for sampling in space-constrained areas. It also offers dual configuration, allowing for sampling from either the side or the bottom, depending on the layout of your environment. Flow rates can be controlled based on your vacuum source or the orifice barbs themselves.<\/p>\n

For users of the ActiveCount25H<\/strong> or ActiveCount100H<\/strong> the flow is controlled by the unit, and the orifice barb is open flow – allowing the adjustment to come from the ActiveCount unit.<\/p>\n

For users with a house vacuum system without flow control, flow rates are easily adjustable through interchangeable critical orifice barbs – allowing for sampling at 10 LPM<\/strong>, 25 LPM,<\/strong> 28.3 LPM<\/strong>, or 100 LPM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For users with a house vacuum that offers flow control, the open orifice barb or sanitary flange is used.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Each impactor head is laser-etched with a permanent barcode to support inventory tracking and operational efficiency across your facility. This marking is resistant to wear, cleaning, and repeated autoclaving. To determine compatibility with the Remote Impactor Kit, users can identify their ActiveCount 25H<\/strong> model by removing the sample head.
