Systems Project Manager 

1. SUMMARY
1.1 Responsible for Project Support Administration/Management of LWS Monitoring Systems Projects throughout the USA, Canada and South America. Working out of our Medford Oregon office location. Starting salary range is dependent upon previous experience. The role will include strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and deliver successful technical projects within scope and on time.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 All customer service tasks and customer issues must be managed to timely completion while maximizing customer satisfaction, resources, quality, and profits.
2.2 Manage Project Kick-Off meetings, Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships. 
2.3 Responsible for the Admin tracking, reporting, and communication of customer project tasks and customer project issues.
2.4 Responsible for the creation of project documentation including Project Plan, Pre-install Checklists and other project administration documentation.
2.5 Order entry, project invoicing, and budget tracking for each open job.
2.6 Picking parts and staging orders for shipment to site.
2.7 Use ERP system to manage project lifecycle.
2.8 Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management as required.
2.9 Work effectively with other departments and management through teamwork and striving to grow and improve our operations, profitability and positive work environment.

2.11 The position requires an 8hr work day from 08:00 to 5:00pm with allowance of lunch and morning break of 1 hour (non-paid). However depending on some project requirements additional time may be required to reasonably complete the tasks required to complete urgent Project close out schedules.

4. QUALIFICATIONS

4.1 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. Four year College Degree, one to two years related Project Management, Technical, IT, Electronic or Technical Administration experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4.2 LITERACY/COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in written form with customers and co-workers. Ability to proofread and review documents for technical accuracy and conceptual clarity.
4.3 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
4.4 REASONING ABILITY. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
4.5 COMPUTER SKILLS. High level of proficiency with personal computers. Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project and Internet usage and any ERP system. 
4.6 CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS. None required.
4.7 OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES. Excellent attention to details and accuracy. Ability to remotely mange installation technician teams from the Medford office. Must have excellent verbal, written, time management and communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
