Assistant Project Manager
Responsible for administration and support to Project Managers working on LWS Monitoring Systems Projects in the USA - Full time office position
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Order entry into Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) software.
2.2 Ordering parts and maintaining stock levels for the systems build team.
2.3 Tracking orders and deliveries and inventory control.
2.4 Assist Systems Manager/Project Managers with the project Kick-Off meetings.
2.5 Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and contacts.
2.6 Responsible for the tracking, reporting, and communication of customer project service tasks and customer project issues including project progress.
2.7 Coordinate with Systems Manager for on-site Installation teams.
2.8 All customer service tasks and customer issues must be managed to timely completion while maximizing customer satisfaction, resources, quality, and profits.
2.9 Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management as required.
2.10 Work effectively with other departments and management through teamwork and striving to grow and improve our operations, profitability and positive work environment.

4.1 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. One to two years related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or military equivalent experience.
4.2 LITERACY/COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in written form with customers and co-workers. Ability to proofread and review documents for technical accuracy and conceptual clarity. Excellent communication skills over the phone while in conversations with the customer is essential.
4.3 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
4.4 REASONING ABILITY. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Quick thinker and problem solver
4.5 COMPUTER SKILLS. High level of proficiency with personal computers. Knowledgeable and working experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows and Internet usage. Experienced in order entry software and tracking software an advantage. We expect the candidate to have the ability to quickly work with ERP software systems.
4.6 CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS. None required.
4.7 OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES. Ability to type at least 30-35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent attention to details and accuracy. Follow instructions and procedures and not to deviate. Manage schedules in an efficient manner and keeping track of priorities essential.
