Discover the secrets of professional cleanroom certification beyond particle counting. Our hands-on demo delves into ISO 14644-1:2015 standards, teaching you to develop effective SOPs with strategic sampling locations. Learn to analyze particle count data for operational insights and master HEPA filter testing using specialized equipment. Experience ISO 14644-1:2015 and ISO 14644-3 in action, gaining a fresh perspective on cleanroom certification and management.

Create a top-notch Environmental Monitoring Plan with our digital approach using ISO 14644-2. Learn what to sample, where, and for how long to ensure compliance. Master crucial details like sample locations and probe orientations, and streamline your data into a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant digital system. Implement a risk-based strategy to tackle contamination sources effectively. By course end, you'll build a reliable EM Plan and integrate secure data into your Contamination Control Strategy.

Developing Your CCS

EU GMP Annex 1:2022 is transforming cleanroom practices with a focus on continuous microbial monitoring, crucial for Grade A and B environments.
