As European Sales Director at Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, he oversees sales and business development in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, and life sciences sectors, delivering tailored contamination monitoring solutions that meet ISO, EU GMP Annex 1, and global regulatory standards.

He has established national subsidiaries in the UK and Ireland and manages strategic distributors in more than 12 countries. Through channel optimization, direct sales management, and enterprise client engagement, Matt has consistently delivered double-digit growth. His leadership supports GMP compliance, data integrity, and environmental control within critical manufacturing environments.

Matt’s expertise spans cleanroom and environmental monitoring systems, EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644, and FDA compliance, as well as strategic channel and key account management. He is highly skilled in distributor enablement, revenue acceleration, team leadership across EMEA, regulated industry sales strategy, and digitalization and data integrity.
