Temperature/Relative Humidity
The temperature and relative humidity in a cleanroom or minienvironment is dictated by the process. Cleanrooms are generally constructed for an operational temperature in the range 20° to 22 ° Celsius (approximately 68° to 72 ° Fahrenheit) and the relative humidity in the range from approximately 35% to 55 %. We provide instruments designed to provide the most accurate temperature and relative humidity reading in this range.
The Lighthouse Temperature/Relative Humidity Sensor (TRH)
The Temperature/Relative Humidity Sensor is a low-cost, integrated solution for remote temperature and relative humidity monitoring. This compact sensor can be used in or near process equipment to provide a real-time view of environmental conditions in the vicinity of the product. The sensor probe is removable. It can be easily replaced in the field without tools.
