Fremont, CA. Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, a worldwide supplier of particle counters and contamination monitoring equipment, announced it has attained ISO 9001:2000 registration for management systems at five global locations; Fremont, CA / Medford, OR / Benelux / Singapore / Thailand
Representatives from Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) conducted a series of intensive reviews to ensure compliance to the ISO 9001: 2000 standard. As a result of these reviews, UL has registered the certification of Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions as compliant with the ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard.
The ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard is part of the ISO 9000 and 14000 families, which are among the most widely known Quality Management System standards in the world. The ISO 9001:2000 standard has become an internationally recognized reference for ensuring the highest possible quality in products and services.

The scope of Registration 3826 (US): Laboratory Analytical Instruments. The design, manufacture and servicing of contamination monitoring systems. Currency of Validation
Registration requires Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions to comply with bi-annual re-assessments. Yearly audits typically take place in February and August.
