Remote Active Count

The Lighthouse Remote Active Count Microbiological Air Sampler is a remote controlled active air sampling system for monitoring the microbiological quality of air. With sample flow rates of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM), 50 LPM or 100 LPM the Remote Active Count utilizes an external vacuum source assuring the airflow is not disturbed by the sampling process.

The design of the Remote Active Count impaction system ensures high physical and biological collection efficiency in accordance with ISO 14698-1 in areas with low levels of biocontamination. Designed for sterilization and high efficiency sampling the Remote Active Count avoids false positives.

The Remote Active Count can be integrated into facility monitoring systems. The optional start sample and LED indicators built into the base simplify the control and indication of sample status, while the impactor portion is easily removed for sterilization.

The design of the units with either 1.0 CFM, 50 LPM or 100 LPM ensures the correct impact velocity for particles down to approximately 1.0µm, while ensuring viability by avoiding mechanical damage.

The small footprint of the Remote Active Count allows placement next to critical operations. With optional configurations to allow for wall, equipment or isolator monitoring the Remote Active Count is well suited for active air monitoring in regulated environments.
